Lou is fabulous. He is knowledgeable about the area and the condition of homes in the area. He was very patient with us as our search took a little bit of time to get everything that we wanted in our budget. At each house Lou would check the plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. I learned quite a bit about homes in Florida from Lou.

Lou Simonetti was truly exceptional while helping us find and purchase our perfect 2nd home. I found Lou online through Zillow.com. Lou has built homes and is very knowledgeable about a homes structural components/longevity. Over a 2-year period, we visited Florida (from Michigan) and did many in person, home viewings AND virtual viewings with Lou. Several offers were made on other homes but not accepted so we figured the homes were not meant to be ours. We recently made an offer to purchase a home, after a virtual viewing with Lou. This is something we thought we would never do. Our offer was accepted! The home was built in 2014. At the time of inspection, we knew the home needed new glass for the sliding door, and 25 roof tiles needed to be replaced prior to our interest rate/lock expiration for closing. The repairs and inspection was coordinated seamlessly by our realtor, Lou Simonetti. He treated our home purchase as if it were his own. Lou looked out for us and had our best interests in mind. He went above and beyond to help us and made sure the work was done correctly. Lou is very honest, trustworthy, and we cannot thank him enough. We AB-SO-LUTE-LY LOVE our New Home! When we are looking to buy or sell in the future, we will not hesitate to call Lou Simonetti.

Lou went above and beyond what was expected of him. He worked with us to make sure everything we asked for was done and then some. He stayed on top of the other agent to ensure the property was available to view. His professionalism was outstanding.
